Mom says that next week I should get my FIRST brace for my front leg that I walk on. I hope I do! My foot hurts from trying to play with my sisters. I try to keep up with them, but they are so fast! And I have to rest sooo much in between our games (I think they are laughing at me!).
When I get my brace, mom says that I have to learn how to walk again on my foot. I don't really know what that means, but she is really excited so I'm excited too!
She also said that very soon I will get to see something called 'snow'! It sounds exciting! Because I grew up in Louisiana, I've never seen it before. She even bought me a warm coat to wear. She said that we really want to have my 2nd leg before it snows, though, so that I can learn to walk on it before it happens. Otherwise it will be hard to learn to walk in the snow and I will slip a lot.
She said that we can't get it until we have money to pay for it. (I told her I would share my food but she told me that my food wasn't money :/ )
Everyone is so nice here! I get lots of hugs and treats and I get to sleep on comfy pillows. (sometimes I even sneak on the big bed to cuddle with my spotted sister. But mom doesn't like that). They even call me my VERY OWN special name!
If there is any way you could help me get my 2nd new leg, I would be so thankful!
Even if you can't donate to my chip in, if you could spread the word I would be so grateful! Mom says I give good hugs and kisses (I'm quite proud of that!)
I hope sometime I can meet all the people who help me and show them my hugs & kisses!
Love,
Zulu
